MEET TIFFANI SILVERMAN,

OUR NEXT COUNTY EXECUTIVE

Tiffani Silverman brings over twenty years of combined fiscal, legal and human resources experience. She began her career in the public sector at the New York Bar Association and the Legal Aid Society and continued to work in the human resource areas of environmental law firms and then most recently as Director of Human Resources at St. Anne Institute, a nonprofit community organization serving Albany and the surrounding towns. Tiffani was recognized this past year by The Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies (COFCCA) as a rising leader and sits on a national Human Resources Committee for The Association of Children’s Residential & Community Services. Incorporating advocacy is a priority in her work. Tiffani graduated from University at Albany and received her Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University.
